Morocco's Monarch, Mohamed VI will travel to Saudi Arabia Wednesday to hold talks with Saudi King, Salman bin Abdel Aziz on the latest developments of the situation in Yemen, Al Bawaba News reported. The visit will be the Moroccan monarch's second to Saudi Arabia since he came to the throne in 1999. It is also his first visit to the Gulf country under the rule of King Salman. Mohamed VI is currently visiting Abu Dhabi for talks with officials of the United Arab Emirates, Moroccan Ministry of the Royal Household stated. Earlier this month, Morocco has sent naval and air forces to fight alongside Saudi Arabia and its allies against Yemen's Houthi rebels in the Arab military operation, known as Storm of Resolve. Yemen has remained in turmoil since September 2014, when the Iran-backed Houthis took over capital Sana'a, from which they proceeded to other parts of the conflict-torn country.
