Egypt's President Abdel Fatah Al Sisi wished Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria & Patriarch of the See of St. Mark, and all Egyptian Christians a happy Easter in a telegram on Saturday, highlighting the unity between Egyptian Muslims and Christians, Al Bawaba News reported. President Al Sisi delegated his Military Secretariat, Major General, Harb Sabry, to attend the Coptic Ordothox Mass, held at the Saint Mark's Coptic Orthodox Cathedral in Cairo. The nation celebrates Easter amongst tight security measures, aiming to secure the celebrations in churches nationwide. Egyptian Muslims have participated in the festive ceremonies, as churches witnessed remarkable attendance of Muslims to congratulate their Christian brothers.
