The Egyptian armed forces had killed 25 militants and injured 14 others in air raids targeting the Wilayat Sinai terrorist group sites in North Sinai, security source told Al Youm7 Sunday. The source, who asked to remain anonymous, said that the air raids had hit two of the group's hideouts south of Sheikh Zuwaid Friday, leaving 10 terrorists dead. On Thursday the armed forces also conducted air raids against the group, killing 15 militants, including three women. The Sinai based group, formerly known as Ansar Bayt Al Maqdis, has pledged allegiance to IS November 2014. The group has claimed responsibility for several attacks targeting Egyptian military and police personnel, including the attacks in Al Arish, which left dozens killed and hundreds injured, January 29.
