Sisi meetsYemeni FM, promises continued support

President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi met with Yemeni Foreign Minister Abdullah Alsaidi Saturday and expressed Egypt's wish for a swift political transition in Yemen, according to Al Bawaba news.
Recalling Egypt's long relationship with Yemen, Sisi stressed Egypt's desire to establish strong ties with the country and support its safe passage through its current period of instability.
Official spokesman Alaa Youssef added that the president seeks to shore up Egypt's support for Yemen particularly regarding counter-terrorism.
