Sufra Dayma: Beef Steak Salad with Creamy Dressing By Moushira Abdel-Malek Serves 4 Ingredients: 250 gms beef steak (tenderloin, stripped into 3/4 -1 inch thickness) 1 avocado (diced) 1 medium iceberg lettuce (torn) 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved) 1 cup corn kernels ¾ cup sliced spring onions 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives 2 tbsp chopped parsley leaves Creamy Dressing: 1 cup sour cream 3 tbsp horseradish dressing 1 tbsp lemon juice Salt + pepper Combine in a small bowl. Stir until well blended Method: Sprinkle salt and pepper over steak slices. Place on a slightly oiled grill rack. Grill to cook on both sides to desired degree. Remove to a plate until used. Place all other ingredients in a large serving bowl. Add grilled beef. Mix to combine. Drizzle dressing over mixture. Toss and serve.
