Sufra Dayma: Warm Shrimp Salad Ingredients: 500 gms medium sized shrimps (cooked, deveined and shelled) 6 small spring onions (thinly sliced) 1 red capsicum (bell pepper), thinly sliced 1 large cucumber (halved and thinly sliced) 1 tbsp of each: Chopped fresh mint, fresh coriander, lemon juice, fish or oyster sauce, balsamic vinegar, crushed garlic, olive oil 1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper Method: Combine shrimps, onions, capsicum and cucumber in bowl. Add mint and coriander. Stir to combine. Whisk all other ingredients together except the black pepper. For a better result, combine all liquids and garlic in a screw-top glass jar. Close tightly and shake vigorously. Drizzle over shrimps and stir gently. Distribute the black pepper on top and serve. You can also roll this salad in Lebanese pita bread as another serving option.
