Horoscopes: Good news in the wind

Horoscopes:
Good news in the wind
The unpredictable and often blustery Coptic month of Amshir comes to a close in mid- March and the khamasin winds are upon us. So don't even bother arguing with the authority figures, my dear Rams, as people born under the Cardinal Fire sign of Aries (21 Mar-21 Apr) are sometimes called. March is a tempestuous month for Arians who are typically prone to violent mood swings. Headstrong Rams must hold their tongues for the time being. The superiors have their arguments prepared and effectively laid out. Your best defence, my dear Rams, is to retreat until you're equally prepared.
Mid-March will find Rams cogitating about the meaning of life. Watch out against eating, drinking and smoking excessively. Remember, March is a month when the storm clouds of anxiety and animosity will gather around Rams.
Examine your motives more closely. Perhaps, you made one of your blithe comments, and hurt someone close and dear.
Please do not ride roughshod over the sensitivities of others. Don't jump to conclusions. You must have misread the instructions or even the rules of the game. Try starting again with a clean slate.
The wilder the khamasin winds howl outside, the calmer Bulls, as people born under the Fixed Earth sign of Taurus (22 Apr-22 May) are sometimes called, will feel within. Bulls shall remain calm and collected in the face of the vilest scurrilous gossip to tarnish their reputations. Mind you, Bulls, like Rams, delight in throwing the most violent temper tantrums. And nobody wants a Bull after his or her blood. Scorpions and Sagittarians, in particular, should not cross the Bulls' paths.
The khamasin winds blow across Egypt for 50 days in March, April and sometimes well into May. These are hot, dusty winds which ruin the country's spring. However, the khamasin will heap wondrous blessings on Taureans. The jarring weather, the red skies -- a terrible reminder of the biblical Armageddon -- will turn out to be a time for the renewal of spirit for Bulls who will be in a perfect position to comfort those around them suffering the ill- tidings the khamasin brings.
As March draws to a close, Bulls will find themselves very much drawn to people they had not noticed before. Strangers will come your way, dear Bulls. Newcomers with refreshingly novel ideas.
Bulls are not easily flattered, but they should watch out against the unctuous flirtatiousness of mysterious strangers in March. Young, attractive and unattached Taurean women are especially vulnerable in late March to the unsolicited attentions of dubious Don Juans.
Twins, as people born under the Mutable Air sign of Gemini (23 May-22 Jun) are sometimes called, are destined to find peace and quiet during the turbulent khamasin. As the world tosses and turns about them, they shall weather the sandstorms far better than people born under other zodiac signs.
Twins, instinctively know that spring is in the air. Still, Twins must watch out against the complacency that comes with accomplishment. Watch out, Twins, for the evil eye. Others are green with envy as you seem to have it all. You can ward off the evil eye, dear Twins, by launching a charm offensive.
The urge to spend needs holding in this March, my dear Twins. Objects, no matter how beautiful or costly, cannot really transform your life. And, don't worry about the silly row that might throw you off balance at the end of the month, it is only a storm in a teacup.
Don't lose sleep over petty arguments. Twins who labour under heavy strain in March might develop strange psychosomatic illnesses, mostly nerves- related. Indeed, Imhotep foresees a little health scare in the second half of the month. Rest assured though, by mid-April you shall be as fit as a fiddle.
