Sufra Dayma: Crunchy Chocolate Slices By Moushira Abdel-Malek Makes 24 pieces Ingredients: 250 gms dark chocolate pieces 400 gm can condensed milk 375 gms biscuits (processed into crumbs) 100 gms butter Topping: 185 gms dark chocolate (melted) 2 tsp corn oil Choc bits (or) chopped chocolate pieces (optional) Method: Place chocolate pieces into a pan. Add condensed milk and butter. Stir over low heat. Add biscuit crumbs and stir to combine. Press into a 20 X 30 cm pan. Allow to set and cool completely. Refrigerate for one hour. Combine melted chocolate and oil. Allow to cool at room temperature. Spread over the top. Place some choc bits over and chill. Cut into squares to serve.
