Horoscopes:
Lessons in love
By Imhotep
Backtrack and observe recent patterns, my dear Sea Goats, as people born under the Cardinal Earth sign of Capricorn (22 Dec -22 Jan) are sometimes called. In order to make further progress, you have to understand where you came from and how much ground you have covered. Don't forget your roots.
Group efforts get you where you need to go a lot quicker than solo runs. Find some like-minded individuals to join you in your current endeavours, and you'll find that everything magical comes together.
But a word of warning. Don't even bother arguing with authority figures in your life. They'll have their arguments carefully prepared and effectively laid out. Take it easy, Sea Goats.
That higher-up person who's been grilling you lately is on your mind. Relax. Go easy on them.
On the love front, things are not too good either. Even if you're totally fascinated and ready to begin an affair immediately, you really should take time and think this over carefully, my dear Sea Goats.
All your personal encounters will take on a tone of intensity and passion in October, my dear Water Bearers, as people born under the Fixed Air sign of Aquarius (23 Jan-19 Feb) are sometimes called.
The time is ripe for a romantic transformation -- load up on the fabulous cosmic energy and have your own personal harvest festival. There's a bounty of joy for you right here on earth, so get the party started.
It is high time you did something lovely for yourself. Make it a priority no matter what. It doesn't have to be over-the- top or extravagant, either -- even 15 minutes alone in the park with a good novel or magazine is better than nothing.
You're not exactly the soul of frugality my dear Water Bearers, so just don't get too crazy in October. Stay within your budget.
Intense disagreement over money matters, however, might lead to a row with a close family member by the beginning of October.
Still, you know you need to break down a few barriers before you can get closer to You Know Who. Be willing to think and act a little controversially.
One-on-one relationships are in the stars, my dear Dolphins, as people born under the Mutable Water sign of Pisces (20 Feb -21 Mar) are sometimes called. October is your lucky month -- or just your moon -- period. The stars are sending their best felicitations your way, so feel free to parlay it into some interesting new romantic possibilities. Celebrate you, and the world will too. And, your best way to someone's heart now is by offering that special person a helping hand. Working on a project or running an errand together makes for more bonding than a dull date.
It is all about give and take in the interpersonal realm at the moment, and your innate compassion and sympathy means you are definitely a giver. Ask for what you need in turn -- it will be gladly offered up.
Have you ever tried to create the perfect romance? It is easy, all you need is a pen, some paper and your imagination. It's time to take that romance off the page and into real life. Don't think ... just make your move.
Indeed, your primary partner or best friend in the whole wide world will take a starring role in your life -- much to your delight and theirs as well.
An exciting, fiery energy will push Pisceans into doing something that they've never thought they'd do. It may not be easy to keep the plans you've made with lovers, friends or other playmates -- my dear Dolphins -- but if you are persistent and you go along with the flow, you'll have a great time in the weeks ahead.
A dear friend is inching ever closer toward asking for a commitment. You've been thinking about it more and more, wondering how it will all work out. October, my dear Dolphins, is a great month for promises that are to be kept forever.
