Horoscopes: April is upon us

Horoscopes:
April is upon us
By Imhotep
The clock is ticking for people born under the Cardinal Earth sign of Capricorn (22 Dec-22 Jan). A time bomb is waiting to explode. Only you can diffuse it.
Leaving the office early isn't just for wimps, my dear Capricornians. Please take note of Imhotep's warning. Sea Goats, as Capricornians are called, need to take a break in April. Health concerns are on the horizon. You seem to become physically ill more than you should these days. Don't worry about the feeling of utter exhaustion that sometimes overwhelms you. It is simply a warning that your body needs rest.
Doing flexible hours or working from home can benefit both company and employee. Stress is your worst enemy. Try and relax: breathing exercises, yoga and meditation can help.
Maybe it is time to get out of the rat-race and go work on a farm or become a life-guard on some remote stretch of beach. It's not a long-term solution, but it's well worth a try. There is a rising risk of disease from doing nothing about your situation. Don't work yourself to death.
People born under the Fixed Air sign of Aquarius (23 Jan-19 Feb) are notorious for unexpected swings of mood. But whatever their faults, Aquarians cannot be accused of being dull and unimaginative. The Water Bearers, as Aquarians are called, are gregarious creatures, even when they do not have much to celebrate.
And a note of warning for Aquarians this April: you'll have to make a little go a long way. Aquarians do not share the Pisceans' rather relaxed view of matrimonial betrayal, but they can be pretty playful themselves. A typical Aquarian will never discuss fidelity. Very wise, indeed.
April is a month when some Water Bearers will feel ill-at-ease in personal relationships. A typical Aquarian will be tempted to indulge in fantasies and might conjure up wild schemes in the middle of the month.
Aquarians do not share the Capricornians' great respect for authority. Next time you speak to the boss, be careful what you say. Express your feelings, but do it with tact. Think of a resourceful way to keep evil at bay.
By the second week of April Aquarians will be running into problems they have not anticipated. The Water Bearers will try to keep things as normal as possible. Few others will notice how adverse the situation is.
By the end of the month, there will be one or two news items to cheer up even the most depressed Water Bearer. With their world brightened up, Aquarians can expect merriment and excitement.
Women born under the Mutable Water sign of Pisces (20 Feb-21 Mar) often make great agony aunts. And friends and family will confide in them this April. But, they must be careful not to get too overwhelmed by the cries of help. Don't waste pity on the undeserved.
April is a month when unscrupulous people will try and take advantage of you and your good nature.
Pisceans test the waters of affection gingerly. They are non- committal and cannot be pinned down. There is nothing a Piscean loathes more than a loveless affair, but sometimes they are prone to take lovers out of bitter revenge for an earlier betrayal.
This naughty habit is very risky business this April. It could lead into all sorts of complicated situations that can leave the Fish frustrated and angry. Pisceans, Imhotep advises, should reflect on who they believe and trust. They should strive hard not fall below their high standards.
April is a month when Pisceans will experience something of a spiritual uplift. A sea-change in the thinking of Pisceans toward a former lover, business partner or colleague at work will be epitomised by a typical Piscean determination to bury all the bad feelings of the distant past. Pisceans know how to forgive and forget.
Pisceans can expect an unexpected bonus that will give them an additional income to help with their bills this April. An income-generating venture is in the offing. But remember, dear Pisceans, that what you do with this unexpected sum of money is entirely up to you. Don't let anyone lecture you on how you spend it.
Look out next week for Imhotep's reading of Aries, Taurus and Gemini
