Ghana's striker Jordan Ayew signed a six month-long loan deal with Ligue 1 side Sochaux, the French side announced on Monday. Ayew opted for Sochaux as he is looking for regular playing time to boost his chances to be included in the Black Stars squad in this summer's World Cup. The son of Ghana's legend Abedi Pele quit French giants Olympique de Marseille due to his lack of playing time. Ayew joined Marseille in the summer of 2009, scoring 14 goals in 111 appearances. He won the double (League and Cup) in 2010.
