Mansour appoints Ganzouri as economic affairs advisor
Former prime minister Kamal El-Ganzouri also served as economic affairs advisor to president Morsi

Interim President Adly Mansour issued a presidential decree on Wednesday appointing Dr Kamal El-Ganzouri as presidential advisor for economic affairs.
The former prime minister, born in 1933, was also the economic affairs advisor to former president Morsi.
Kamel El-Ganzouri first served as prime minister under Mubarak from 1996 to 1999. After the January 25 Revolution, he was appointed prime minister by the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF). He served from December 2011 to August 2012, when the newly-elected Mohamed Morsi replaced him with Hisham Qandil.
