Brotherhood lawyer tells Ahram Online that Supreme Guide Mohamed Badie has not been detained, although a warrant is out for his arrest

Muslim Brotherhood lawyer Mustafa El-Demeiry has denied reports that the group's Supreme Guide Mohamed Badie has been arrested.
AP reported that Badie was arrested in Marsa Matrouh, a Mediterranean city close to the Libyan border on Thursday.
Demeiry told Ahram Online that Badie heard media reports that there is a warrant for his arrest and is ready to give himself up but is not sure to which authority.
Demeiry added that there are currently three Brotherhood leaders in Tora Prison - Saad El-Katatni, the chairman of the Brotherhood's Freedom and Justice Party (FJP), Mahdi Akef, the group's former Supreme Guide, and Abdel Moneim Abdel-Maqsoud, a Brotherhood lawyer who was arrested on Friday morning after going to prison to defend the two leaders.
According to Demeiry, interrogations of the arrested leaders will begin to on Friday at 6pm.
Atef Abdel Rashed, the owner of Egyptian television channel Hafez, is also in Tora Prison.
Demeiry also told Ahram Online that an arrest warrant has also been issued for leading FJP member Helmy El-Gazzar.
According to Ahram Arabic website, former MP Mohamed El-Omda, who hosted a television show on the Brotherhood's Misr 25 television channel has also been sent to Tora Prison.
