Egypt's under-20 national team are starting a closed training camp Tuesday amid their preparations for the 2013 World Cup tournament, taking place in Turkey this June. "The new players participated in the previous training camp and proved their worth," the young Pharaohs coach Rabie Yassin told Ahram Sports. "The technical staff is keen to give full opportunity to as many new faces as possible to express themselves allowing us to pick the best elements for the World Cup finals," the 52-year-old tactician added. The team will play two friendly games in May against Oman ahead of the prestigious global tournament. Egypt, who won the African tournament last month defeating Ghana, will be in Group B, with England, Chile and Iraq.
