Prosecutor General requests hospital transfer Mubarak back to prison
If hospital finds Hosni Mubarak in good health, the ousted president will be transferred back to hospital prison in Tora

The Prosecutor General Talaat Abdallah has requested the Maadi hospital transfer Mubarak back to the hospital prison in Tora if his health permits.
The ousted president has been facing health problems since his detention in April 2011 and has been moved back and forth from the prison hospital in Tora to the Maadi military hospital where he can receive the required medical attention.
On Saturday morning, a medically equipped helicopter carried ousted President Hosni Mubarak from Maadi Military Hospital to the Police Academy in North Cairo where he faces retrial for his role in killing protesters during the January 25 Revolution.
The former president and his sons Gamal and Alaa smiled as they waved to supporters from their cage inside the court room as they waited for judges to start proceedings.
Procedural irregularities in the initial trial led an appeal court to rule that Mubarak and his co-defendents could appeal their sentences.
On Saturday, the first day of the retrial, Judge Mostafa Hassan Abdullah of the Cairo Criminal Court overseeing Mubarak's murder retrial recused himself referring the case to the Cairo Appeal Court.
The judge recused himself because of his role in the infamous Battle of Camel case in which he aquitted all of the accused.
The former president now will be retried before the Cairo Appeal Court for the charges on which he was convicted and sentenced to life in jail last June: turning a blind eye to the killing of more than 840 demonstrators during the 18 days of the uprising that toppled him.
