Most of the attendees –thousands- are already settled inside the University's Grand Ballroom, which is nearly packed. MP and leader in the Muslim Brotherhood's Freedom and Justice Party Mohamed El-Beltagy stated that President Morsi will reiterate his presidential oath for members of the dissolved parliament during the inauguration. President Mohamed Morsi gave his oath in front of the general assembly of the the High Constitutional Court Saturday morning. Morsi had recited a symbolic oath on Friday in front of hundreds of thousand protesters in Tahrir Square.
