Manuel Jose signs for Qatar's Al Sadd after Ahly departure
One-time Ahly coach Manuel Jose Da Silva agrees to train Spanish legend Raul at the Qatari club

Veteran Portuguese coach Manuel Jose Da Silva has signed for Qatari club Al Sadd, Egypt's Ahly TV channel revealed late on Tuesday.
Jose will succeed Al Sadd's current Uruguayan coach, Jorge Fossati.
Last Friday Jose announced he would not extend his stay with the Red Devils, expressing dissatisfaction with Egypt and concerns over the future of football in the country after February's Port Said Stadium disaster in which over 70 were killed. Domestic football was indefinitely suspended in the aftermath.
The 66-year-old Portuguese coach said Egyptian politics were the main reason behind his decision to end his third spell with Ahly. He insisted he will retire after two years.
"Josed signed the contract with Qatari club Al Sadd on Tuesday. He will be accompanied by the same technical staff he had before at Ahly, as well as Egyptian goalkeeping coach Ahmed Nagy," Ahly's TV channel revealed.
The Cairo giants on Sunday appointed Hossam El-Badry to succeed Jose. El-Badry coached the club before Jose's appointment.
Al Sadd, which signed Spanish legend Raul Gonzales from Germany's Schalke last week, won the 2011 Asian Champions League title under Fossati but recently saw a disappointing season, finished the league in fourth place and losing the domestic cup title.
