Brazilian manager Jorvan Vieira has been named the new Ismaily coach, replacing Algerian Kheireddine Madoui, the club board announced early Thursday. The 65-year old Vieira arrived in Cairo early this morning before meeting Ismaily's president, Ibrahim Othman. The former Zamalek and Smouha manager will start his mission at Ismaily from today. Early last month Ismaily terminated the contract of Madoui, after leading the team for only four months, due to the Dervish's recent poor results. Ismaily is currently 14th in the Egyptian Premier League table with nine points, after playing eight games.
