Mohamed Salah's Liverpool have been drawn with Sevilla and Spartak Moscow in the UEFA Champions League Group E following the group-stage draw that took place at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco on Thursday. Having helped Liverpool to the Champions League group stage with a goal in a 6-3 aggregate playoff victory over Germany's Hoffenheim, Salah will now be braced for a mouth-watering clash with Sevilla in a group that also comprises Spartak Moscow and Slovenia's Maribor. The Egypt star is no stranger to the UEFA Champions League, having featured with Basel, Chelsea and AS Roma in the elite competition – where he has seven goals to his name so far. He will now be hoping to be amongst the goals once again, this time with Liverpool for whom he scored on his English Premier League debut in a 3-3 draw with Watford after joining in the summer. And with a relatively easy Champions League group, the 24-year-old should have an ample chance adding to his European goal tally after scoring in the return-leg playoff against Hoffenheim.
