Ismaily's talisman bagged his second brace in four games to move clear on top of the scorers' chart with six goals in only four matches.
The Dervishes fell behind in the tenth minute but Hosni Abd-Rabou proved to be the major source of inspiration for his teammates and responded with two second half-goals in the 59th and 64th minutes to give his team their second win of the season.
He restored parity after picking a loose ball in the area before claiming the winning goal just five minutes from the spot.
The 28-year-old international midfielder scored a penalty in each of his team's four matches to become this season's ultimate spot-kicks specialist.
