The match is underway.
Ahly's enthusiastic supporters, who were absent against Wydad due to a sanction imposed by the Confederation of African Football (CAF), are packing Cairo Stadium.
Ahly's starting line up: Ahmad Adel / Rami Rabia, Wael Gomaa, Sherif Abdel-Fadil / Ahmed Fathi, Mohamed Shawky, Hossam Ghaly, Sayed Moawad / Mohamed Abou-Treika, Mohamed Nagy 'Gedo', Emad Meteb
Mouloudia are equally eager to win, given that they could only collect one point from two games. They suffered a humiliating 4-0 defeat at the hands of Wydad in their previous match.
Ahly are desperate to claim all three points to atone for a poor start to their group stage campaign after they were held to a 1-1 draw by Morocco's Wydad Casablanca before slumping to a 2-1 defeat at Tunisian outfit Esperance.
Welcome to the live coverage of Ahly's crucial CAF Champions League Group B clash against Mouloudia Alger at Cairo Stadium. The match will start at 08:00 PM (GMT), 10:00 Cairo local time.
