Ahly will miss their regular attacking midfielder Walid Soliman and Gabon striker Malick Evouna when they face Ismaily in the Egyptian Premier League on Wednesday due to injuries. Soliman will be out of action for almost a month after tearing his ankle early in January. "Medical scans have shown that Soliman suffers from a torn ankle injury," Ahly's doctor Khaled Mahmoud told reporters on Saturday. "Soliman will be out of action for 4 to 6 weeks," Mahmoud added. Ahly's talented forward missed the team's squad during their 1-1 draw with Dakhleya last week. Meanwhile, it has been confirmed that Gabon striker Malick Evouna will miss the team's squad during the coming two games against Ismaily and Ittihad of Alexandria due to a tear in his thigh. "Evouna suffers from a tear in his thigh so he needs to have a rest from trainings and games," the doctor said. Ahly, who are currently third on the table with 26 points, are preparing to face Ismaily in the 15th match day of the Egyptian Premier League on Wednesday. The Reds are bidding to regain back their favorite championship that they have won 37 times, after losing out to arch-rivals Zamalek last season.
