Ahly ready for Dakhleya despite Evouna absence
Ahly's coach 'Azima' said that despite missing the Gabon striker, the team is prepared and has many players to fill the void

Gabon striker Malick Evouna will miss Ahly's Egyptian Premier League game against Dakhleya on Thursday due to injury but the technical staff do not see his absence as worrying.
"The team has a lot of members who can fill any empty position," the Cairo-based club's assistant coach Mohamed 'Azima' Abdel-Azim stated on the club's official website.
"Ahly have many good and ready strikers including Emad Meteb, Amr Gamal and Ghanaian striker John Antwi," Azima added.
Thursday's game in week 14 of the Egyptian Premier League will be Ahly's twelfth game as they have two postponed due to continental commitments.
"The technical staff are always working on making all players ready all time," Azima insisted.
The Reds are bidding to regain the championship that they have won 37 times, but lost season to archrivals Zamalek.
They are currently second in the table with 25 points, the same as Port Said based-club Masry, while title-holders Zamalek are fifth with 24 points.
Evouna, 23, is suffering from a tear in his thigh and will be off the pitch for seven to 10 days.
