Coach Hani Razmy quits ENPPI job after Zamalek defeat
Razmy said after the team's loss to Zamalek on Saturday that he must resign to avoid embarrassing the club

Hani Ramzy has quit his job as ENPPI's coach following the teams 1-0 defeat to title-holders Zamalek on Saturday in week 13 of the Egyptian Premier League.
“With all respect to the ENPPI board, I am quitting my position after the winless run to avoid embarrassing them,” the 46-year old stated during the post-match press conference.
The Petroleum club's last victory was on 19 December when they won 3-1 against Arab Contractors before they drew 4-4 to El-Dakhelya, ahead of three successive defeats; against Ismaily 2-1, Ittihad of Alexandria 1-0 and ENPPI.
ENPPI are currently 11thin the table with 14 points after 11 games. They only won three of them, drew in five and lost three.
“We failed to win in four successive games and I must quit,” Ramzy insisted.
Ramzy began his coaching career with ENPPI in the 2006/07 season.
In 2008, he took charge of Egypt's Olympic team before leaving in 2012 for Belgium to take the manager's job at Lierse for one season.
The former Werder Bremen Kaiserslautern player was boss of Wadi Degla club last season.
