Enyimba claim late win over CotonSport to top group Nigerian giants Enyimba claimed a precious 3-2 away victory over Cameroonian side CotonSport on Saturday
An 86 minute goal by Nigerian striker Uche Kalo helped Enyimba top Group A of the CAF Champions Leagueafter beatingCameroon's CotonSport 3-2 on Saturday. Kalo, who also opened the scoring after eight minutes, struck again with four minutes remaining to give two-time African champions Enyimba a late victory. Johnson Gidozi handed Enyimba a two-goal cushion in the 40th minute but CotonSport's Madila Mbutu pulled one back two minutes after the interval and Seydou Idressa leveled the score on 63 minutes. Enyimba are now on top of Group A with four points, ahead ofsecond-placed Al-Hilal on goal difference after the Sudanese giants defeated Morocco's Raja Casablanca 1-0 on Friday.
