Egypt's Salah confirms Chelsea exit with Twitter comment
'Be ready to change your profile picture', Egyptian winger Mohamed Salah comments on Twitter

Egyptian winger Mohamed Salah has confirmed that he is close to leaving English Premier League champions Chelsea, a few days after boss Jose Mourinho revealed there is no place for the Pharaohs star.
The 23-year-old Salah, who joined Chelsea in January 2014 from Swiss champions Basel, is on the wish list of a number of European top flight sides after his successful season on loan to Italian side Fiorentina.
Salah was loaned to Fiorentina last January after struggling to establish himself at Stamford Bridge.
The Pharaohs winger made an impressive impact in Florence, scoring nine goals in 26 appearances in all competitions, as Fiorentina finished fourth in the Serie A and reached the Europa League semi-final
His fine displays for the Italian side urged the Viola to take the option of making his loan-deal permanent but he refused to remain with them.
"Be ready to change your profile picture," Salah wrote on his official Twitter account on Thursday.
Early this week, Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho confirmed that Egyptian winger Mohamed Salah will be allowed to leave Chelsea this season saying, "I see his future elsewhere."
"Either on loan or sold with an offer we are happy to accept. We have five wingers and it is better not to have Salah back," Mourinho added.
AC Milan, rivals Inter Milan and AS Roma are leading the race to sign Salah, according to reports.
