Fiorentina coach believes Egypt's Salah is one of the fastest players he has ever seen

After demolishing Roma 3-0 in the second leg of the UEFA Europa League, Fiorentina coach Vincenzo Montella lauded Mohamed Salah for displaying great form during the game and helping the team reach the quarterfinals on Thursday.
The Egyptian winger, who is back in the starting eleven after being rested against AC Milan last Monday, missed out on two chances to increase the score line, having been denied by the post twice.
The 22-year-old winger has enjoyed a scintillating start with Serie A side Fiorentina, scoring six goals in ten appearances in all competitions since his arrival in late January from Chelsea on loan.
"We already knew Salah's characteristics, but honestly I didn't expect him to be that decisive for us and have such a fast impact in Italian football," Montella said after the game.
"Perhaps only Leo Messi is quicker than him with the ball at his feet," the Fiorentina coach added.
"The win was deserved and this team has grown so much in terms of mentality," he said.
"The side showed how much it wanted this result," the coach added.
Salah has lost only once during his ten games for Fiorentina.
He joined Fiorentina on loan from English Premier League leaders Chelsea last month until the end of the season, after failing to book a regular place in the Blues squad under coach Jose Mourinho.
