Argentinean troupe Ballet Concierto will give performances in Alexandria on 10 and 11 October, followed by Cairo between 13 and 16 October
Published in Ahram Online on 06 - 10 - 2014

Argentinean troupe Ballet Concierto, with world-renowned Iñaki Urlezaga, will return to the Alexandria Opera House on 10 and 11 October.
The troupe is a frequent guest on the opera's stages. Egyptian audiences recall the troupe from their performances that took place in October 2013 as well as March 2010.
Ballet Concierto was founded by Iñaki Urlezaga, with the artistic director Lilian Govine, and Eliana Figueroa and Urlezaga as principal dancers.
Starting dance lessons at the tender age of eight, Iñaki Urlezaga has now become one of the most prominent Argentinean dancers, and one of the most accomplished worldwide.
Between 1995 and 2005, Urlezaga was the Royal Ballet of London's principal dancer and he later joined the Dutch National Ballet as principal guest artist.
