Israeli Interior Minister Gideon Sa'ar announced Wednesday evening that he would be taking a "time-out" from political life, reported the Israeli portal Haaretz. Likud Party's second man, following Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, said that he would resign from both cabinet and the Knesset after the Jewish holidays. Sa'ar mentioned that he wanted to resign nine months ago.
