Ittihad El-Shorta striker Khaled Qamar has extended his contract with the club, ending speculation about a move to Ahly or Zamalek during the summer transfer window. "Khaled Qamar has signed a long-term contract with us," said Ali Gheit, a board member at the police-owned club. Ahly are looking to boost their squad for the new season after failing to reach the CAF Champions League group stage this term.
