Sources at the Egyptian Ministry of Planning said the military police were called Sunday to the ministry headquarters to confront a protest in front of the ministry. A kiosk owner who insulted Egyptian prime minister was at the front of the protest. Authorities had seized his kiosk. He presented his problem to Prime Minister Kamal el-Ganzouri, who promised to solve his problem. However, the kiosk owner came to protest. Tens of other protesters, who work at the Steam Boilers company, demanded to apply court rulings nationalizing the company.
