The SCAF issues a decree-law to give Al Ganzoury powers of the president

CAIRO: The Supreme Council of the Egyptian Armed Forces (SCAF) today issued Decree No.
136 giving newly appointed Prime Minister Kamal el-Ganzouri the full powers of the presidency except for powers over the armed forces and the judiciary.
The decree was signed by SCAF Chief Field Marshal Hussein Tantawi and is in force immediately.
