CAIRO: The total turnout from yesterday's election was between 20 and 25 percent, particularly after the late-day surge, reported the Chamber of the Freedom and Justice Party, the political wing of the Muslim Brotherhood. The Party praised Egyptians for the positive turnout. The FJP also praised an Egyptian judge who issued a statement and stopped repeat balloting on individual and list seats in the al-Sahel police station, a polling station in the first constituency in Cairo.
