CAIRO: Islamic parties decided to sit-in outside the headquarters of sub-committees for the ballot counting at El-Nahda police station in Cairo's fifth district. They announced on December 2 they will dissolve their sit-in, including the participation of the Freedom and Justice Party (FJP), Al-Wasat Party and Al-Nour Party. They will return again today December 3 if they find the principals of ballot count stations. Parties participating in the sit-in assured they will return to an open sit-in outside the sub-committee for ballot counting station until their demands for a runoff after the forged elections in this district are met. The head of the ballot count station announced more than 160,000 votes are invalid, accusing the head of the sub-committee of forgery. Member of the High institute of Al-Wasat Party told Youm7 that Mohamed Mahsoub assured one of the chancellors in the Supreme Electoral Committee and called him during the sit-in to meet him. They will discuss the presence of some voting papers on the floor and include them among the violations. Arabic here
