CAIRO: The administration court, headed by Ali Fekry, decided to delay the lawsuit demanding to exclude Egypt's ruling military council from managing authority in Egypt to December 13. One lawyer filed lawsuit 44417, 1965 demanding to exclude the military council from rule and demanded appointing a committee elected by the court to rule Egypt during the transitional phase. The lawyer said the military council cannot manage Egypt and failed to achieve the people's demand. The lawsuit mentioned the military council was slow in overthrowing the Egyptian former regime, transferring its members to trail and restoring smuggled funds. These demands exclude those of the January 25 Revolutionary demands. The lawyer also said that military council did not allow prime minister to have all powers in order to issue decisive decisions that could achieve people interests and prevent dangers. Arabic here
