Al-Nour Party leads in Kafr el-Sheikh voting

Early indications have shown the al-Nour Party leading the Freedom and Justice Party as ballot counting resumed in Kafr el-Sheikh on Wednesday.
There is strong competition between the Freedom and Justice and al-Nour parties in al-Hamool, while the al-Wafd Party came behind them. In the individual seats, al-Nour Party candidate Hassan Amera took the lead on other candidates.
In Kafr el-Sheikh's third constituency, the Freedom and Justice Party took the lead, while al-Wafd Party representative Mohamed Abdel Aleem Dawood surpassed other candidates for the individual seat.
Many candidates expressed their fear of the committees conducting the counting process as they include numerous relatives of running candidates in the elections.
