CAIRO: The “Supervisors Against Corruption” movement will look into having a meeting with Prime Minister-Designate Kamal el-Ganzouri to present him files documenting corruption worth billions of Egyptian pounds, the movement told Youm7 Monday. The movement said it presented the files to Prime Minister Essam Sharaf, but he did not take any action. The movement told Youm7 it would provide Ganzouri with a comprehensive program to examine private funds, especially within the Ministry of Interior. It said it would look into forming a committee to examine more than 300 billion EGP (U.S. $50 billion) at the level of the republic.
