Freedom and Justice Party may head expat votes in Saudi

Early signs show that the Freedom and Justice Party, the political wing of the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood, received between 75 and 80 percent of the expatriate Egyptian vote in Saudi Arabia, sources today reported.
Vote counting began early this morning after the expatriate vote in the large Gulf nation finished yesterday, sources confirmed to Youm7.
“There was large voter turnout amongst Egyptians abroad,” said Secretary-General of the Freedom and Justice Party Mohamed Saad Katani. “At least 70 percent of those who registered turned out to vote in the Gulf States, France and Belgium.”
“The Party is waiting for the final results,” he added.
