CAIRO: A number of activists today reported that in early voting in the first constituency of North Cairo in Shubra several boxes full of ballot cards were thrown outside the polling station. The police had left the boxes unguarded and some citizens stole them, the activists said. One of the polling station employees reported that the ballot cards had been placed in open containers.
