Dozens of protesters in Cairo's Tahrir Square organized a march to support protesters that were wounded in their eyes, placing paper on one of their eyes that read "Good job Pasha.” The protesters held signs saying, "Egypt, open your eyes. We are not wounded. We are supporters." The organizer of the march, Mohamed Azzouz, said that he brought his family to participate in the march after he saw the video showing a police officer known "Al Shenawi" who aimed for protesters' eyes. Azzouz said that he closed one of his eyes to feel the suffering of the wounded, emphasizing that the shooters must be punished. The protesters in Tahrir Square chanted slogans against the military council and Kamal el-Ganzouri's government.
