The April 6 Youth Movement announced that they agreed with political powers' decision to form a government of national salvation headed by potential Mohamed el-Baradei with Abdel Moneim Aboul Fotouh and Hamdeen Sabahi as vice presidents. The movement announced its support for this government as it received a support from all political coalitions and powers. The movement explains that the political powers rejected Kamal el-Ganzouri not as a person, but as a politician, as they want a Prime Minister who does not obey the military council and meet the people's demands. It urged the Egyptian people not to be deceived by the military council, saying it is trying to preserve the privileges it held for decades.
