CAIRO: Any strong nation-state must have a political map, a strong legislative body and a modern constitution to elect a new president, said newly minted Egyptian Prime Minister Kamal el-Ganzouri. Egypt will have a new constitution before June 30, el-Ganzouri said. Egypt will be transformed into a new Somalia if the situation in Egypt does not change, el-Ganzouri said, according to Osama Faraj, the general-coordinator of the Youth of the Revolution, who met with the new PM today. The budget deficit is the result of the policies implemented by former Minister of Finance Youssef Boutros-Ghali, el-Ganzouri said.
