Egyptian Military denies using tear gas against protesters

CAIRO: The Egyptian Supreme Council of the Armed Forces denied reports that the military used tear gas against demonstrators in Cairo, Alexandria, and other governorates over the past few days in a statement Wednesday.
The statement said the military did not and would never use any weapon against Egyptian citizens to protect Egyptian blood.
The council called on the revolution youth to be careful and be cautious about rumors.
