CAIRO: The injured victims of the Egyptian January 25 Revolution continued their sit-in for the third day in a row, calling for trials against the police officers accused of killing and injuring the revolutionary demonstrators. Police forces tried to convince the protesters wearing the white shrouds to put an end to their sit-in, but the police's efforts were in vain. The protesters also demanded to restructure the administration of the January 25 Revolution Martyrs Fund to provide medical care to the revolution's injured and to provide pension to those who were partially disabled or blinded. The protesters also went on a hunger strike two days ago protesting being neglected by the government. The protesters refused to negotiate with any government officials although it was with the Egyptian Prime Minister Essam Sharaf until issuing official decisions.
