Egyptian stock market indexes increased in the morning session of November 9 due to foreign investors' purchasing during the first day open after the Islamic holiday of Eid el-Adha. Meanwhile Egyptian and Arab transactions tended to sell off, that appeared in declining small and medium shares. Egyptian main index EGX30 increased by 0.19 percent and EGX20 by 0.29 percent. Medium and small company index EGX70 declined by 0.13 percent and the most common index EGX100 increased by 0.05 percent. Many indexes increased during the morning session including Hermes by 2.4 percent, Qalaa by 0.60 percent, Orasom Telecom by 0.31 percent, Amer Group by 0.82 percent and the General Saaid for Contracting by 0.70 percent.
