CAIRO: The color green overwhelmed the stock market indicators at the end of this week's trading, led by the financil services sector, which rose by 1.66 percent. The index of ‘Basic Resources' rose by 1.28 percent, ranking second in terms of ascension, led by the rise in Ezz el-Dekhela Steel shares, which rose 2.32 percent to reach 37.27 EGP per share (U.S. $6.30) at closing. The third place in terms of the ascension went to the shares of the communication sector, which rose by 1.23 percent, followed by tourism and leisure (0.99 percent), real estate (0.71 percent), and construction, building materials and household products sectors by 0.64 percent. The services and industrial products sector rose by 0.33 percent, banks by 0.29 percent, health care by 0.18 percent, and food and beverage, which rose by 0.06 percent.
