CAIRO: Egyptian Coptic leader Pope Shenouda III is suffering from health problems this morning due to a severe cold. The secretariat summoned a medical team to lower a fever and offer treatment. The Coptic Pope suffered a fever in the morning, but assured supporters that his health is good, a source reported. He does need rest, so his weekly sermon, which is delivered weekly on Wednesday, was cancelled. Shenouda is scheduled to meet with the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar and the Egyptian Grand Mufti on Thursday to congratulate them on Eid al-Adha, and the church has yet to postpone this event.
