Mustafa Abdul Jalil, the chairman of Libya's National Transitional Council (NTC) will launch discussions with the ruling military council and Egyptian Prime Minister Essam Sharaf Tuesday. Yassin al-Samalousy, the head of the Libyan Rebels' Union and the Libyan Association for Human Rights, said that Abdul Jalil will be accompanied by a high level delegation, but the names of the delegation will not be announced yet. Samalousy said that Abdul Jalil is visiting Egypt as a gesture of appreciation for Egypt's role during Libyan revolution, as it broke out in the green mountains close to the Egyptian border and Egypt received Libyan wounded. He also said Abdul Jalil would discuss relations with Egypt and Egyptian labor's entry into Libya for reconstruction. They will also discuss the position of former leader Muammar Gadhafi's followers in Egypt and to deliver the Libyan buildings in Egypt to the NTC.
