Egyptian Mofti: protesting in pilgrimage against Islam

Egyptian Mofti Ali Gomaa today urged the necessity of committing to instructions and disciplines and to stay away from chaos, rioting and protesting during the pilgrimage. He also warned not to carry political slogans.
These actions are against the fifth pillar of Islam, he claims.
The pilgrimage is the fifth corner of the Pillars of Islam and must be free of rioting and protestation, he told Saudi newspaper Okaz.
He warned against chaos or sectarian violence as instructed by the Saudi authorities.
The authorities in Saudi Arabia warned against protesting during the pilgrimage season.
