Head of military judiciary authority, Major General Adel Mahmoud al-Morsi, said military judiciary is doing its role according to the constitution and Law, as independent judiciary authority which has to achieve justice. Al-Morsi assured military judiciary is continuing investigations of the Masopiro clashes. The general attorney transferred all investigation to military judiciary. “We ask anyone who has information or documents that might help in the investigation to send it right away to the military judiciary,” Al-Morsi added. “The investigations and its results are considered secrets that are not allowed to be revealed by attorney members, their assistances or anyone working in the investigation.”
